About

The Bamberg Military Community (Warner Barracks) is located in Northern Bavaria. Warner Barracks has been a military post since 1891, when it was constructed by the Royal Bavaria Government and named “Legards Kaserne”. From World War I to World War II, almost every branch of the German Army was stationed here; but the most elited were the 35^th Armor and the 17^th Cavalry Regiments.
